Role Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you'll be an invaluable player in our company's growth strategy. From project estimation to in-home presentations, your goal will be to align our state-of-the-art roofing and solar solutions to the unique needs of each customer. This commission-only role promises exponential earnings, allowing you to truly control your financial destiny. There will be a paid training period to get you started and set you up for success.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Uncapped Commissions: Sky is the limit with earnings ranging from $85,000 to $175,000+ annually.

Schedule:

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday
  • Availability: Openness to working Saturdays and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Take charge of pre-set appointment leads and nurture a thriving sales pipeline.
  • Customer Engagement: Establish genuine connections, deliver dynamic sales presentations, and enlighten customers about our product suite.
  • Effective Sales Process: Adopt and execute a structured sales methodology for maximum closure rates.
  • Educational Role: Highlight the benefits and features of our solar, roofing, and gutter systems.
  • Adaptive Communication: Create rapport through empathetic listening and tailored messaging.
  • Technical Proficiency: Conduct rooftop evaluations, precise measurements, and job-site drawings.
  • Presentations: Skillfully craft, showcase, and elucidate sales proposals and agreements.
  • Software Utilization: Employ our proprietary roofing estimation software for accurate cost predictions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain thorough records, manage customer databases, and keep abreast of product advancements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Valid California Drivers License.
  • Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience, ideally in solar, roofing, or construction. Candidates transitioning from other industries are also welcome.
  • Organizational prowess and relational acumen.
  • Committed to continuous personal and professional improvement.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • This Role will require to access rooftops and carry ladders up to 50 pounds.
