At August Roofing and Solar, we are looking for Multi-Family and HOA Project Consultant who can create a reliable project pipeline by networking with HOA and apartment complex management firms. Your role will center on cultivating strong, trust-based relationships that lead to repair and replacement projects, driving consistent revenue and expanding our service footprint.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage property management companies managing HOA and multi-family properties, focusing on building long-term, project-rich relationships.
  • Lead our strategic sales process, from knocking on doors to securing bids and building rapport for continuous project opportunities.
  • Hit quarterly revenue targets and drive a minimum of $1.6 million in new project value in your first year.
  • Represent August Roofing and Solar at events, board meetings, and industry associations (CAI), making us the top choice for roofing projects.
  • Leverage company resources, tools, and marketing support to build a client roster and achieve bid goals.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Weekly Salary of $1320 per week plus commissions: 5% on Sales Over $400,000

Schedule:
